【お詫びとお知らせ】外部サービス「Studio」への不正アクセスに伴う、当社Webサイトのフォーム送信情報の流出の可能性について

当社Webサイトで利用している外部サービス「Studio」（提供元：Studio株式会社）が不正アクセスを受け、お問い合わせフォームに送信された内容が外部に流出した可能性があることが判明しました。関係する皆さまに多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけしますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。

1. 概要

Studio株式会社のクラウド環境に、2026年9月30日～10月1日に不正アクセスがありました。
同社が対処した10月14日まで、保存されていたデータが外部から取得できる状態にありました。
当社は10月16日に、同社からの連絡により本件を把握しました。
現時点で、情報が実際に取得された事実や二次被害は確認されていません。

当社コーポレートサイト（esa-gl.com）のお問い合わせフォーム
当社運営メディア「8 Hachi Media」（8-media.jp）のお問い合わせフォーム

対象の皆さまには、個別にご連絡しております。

3. 流出した可能性のある情報

お名前、会社名、部署名、役職名、電話番号、メールアドレス、お問い合わせの件名・内容

※クレジットカード情報など、決済に関する情報は含まれておりません。

4. 原因

Studio株式会社のサービスの一部機能にあった脆弱性が悪用されたものです。脆弱性は同社によりすでに修正されています。当社のその他のシステムへの不正アクセスは確認されておりません。

5. 当社の対応

本件の把握後ただちに、Studio上の管理アカウントのパスワード変更と、外部連携に使う認証情報の再設定を行いました。

6. 皆さまへのお願い

当社やStudio株式会社を装った不審なメール・電話等にご注意ください。心当たりのないリンクや添付ファイルは開かないでください。当社から、パスワードや決済情報をお尋ねすることはございません。新たな事実が判明した場合は、本ページでお知らせします。

[Apology and Notice] Potential Exposure of Information Submitted via Our Website Forms Due to Unauthorized Access to the External Service "Studio"

We have learned that "Studio," an external service provided by Studio, Inc. that we use for our websites, was subject to unauthorized access, and that information submitted through our inquiry forms may have been exposed. We sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience this may cause.

1. Overview

Studio, Inc.'s cloud environment was accessed without authorization between September 30 and October 1, 2026 (JST).
Data stored in that environment remained accessible externally until Studio, Inc. addressed the issue on October 14, 2026.
We became aware of the incident on October 16, 2026, through a notification from Studio, Inc.
To date, there is no evidence that any information was actually obtained, and no secondary damage has been identified.

We have contacted each affected individual separately.

3. Information That May Have Been Exposed

Name, company name, department, job title, phone number, email address, and inquiry subject and details
*No payment information, such as credit card details, was included.

4. Cause

A vulnerability in certain functions of Studio, Inc.'s service was exploited. The vulnerability has been fixed by Studio, Inc. No unauthorized access to our other systems has been identified.

5. Our Response

Immediately after becoming aware of the incident, we changed the passwords of our administrator accounts on Studio and reset the credentials used for external integrations.

6. Request

Please be cautious of suspicious emails or calls impersonating esa Inc. or Studio, Inc., and do not open unfamiliar links or attachments. Neither esa Inc. nor Studio, Inc. will ever ask for your password or payment information. We will post any new information on this page.
